Co-Founder: Dr.Jyotsna

Dr. Jyotsna holds a Ph.D. in Management, with research focused on skill gap analysis among primary school teachers in private schools. She also holds an MBA, a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Administration. She has additionally completed the Cambridge International Certificate in Educational Leadership.

With over 24 years of experience in education, her professional journey spans preschool teaching, founding and managing her own preschool and daycare, and leading an award-winning EuroKids franchise in Coimbatore.

She served for 11 years as Regional Head of Academics at XSEED Education Pvt. Ltd., collaborating closely with school leaders and academic teams to ensure effective curriculum implementation.

Across her career, she has partnered with 250+ schools and trained more than 15,000 educators. Her work focuses on leadership development, teacher capacity building, academic excellence, and supporting children with learning difficulties through inclusive education practices.

Co-Founder: Lavanya

Ms. Lavanya is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Education. She holds Master’s degrees in Science and Education and has completed the Cambridge International Certificate in Teaching and Learning.

With over 25 years of experience in the education sector, she has worked closely with textbook writers, teachers, school leaders, and parents.

She has trained textbook writers of the Government of Tamil Nadu in integrating Environmental Education across subjects and co-authored teacher manuals in this domain.

She has held key academic leadership roles, including Head of Academics for EuroKids (Tamil Nadu) and Senior Academic Coach at XSEED Education Pvt. Ltd. for six years, supporting schools in strengthening classroom practices and curriculum delivery.

Across her career, she has partnered with 100+ schools and trained numerous educators. Her work focuses on teacher training, structured parent orientation initiatives, and designing language development curriculum to strengthen foundational learning in children.
