Co-Founder: Dr.Jyotsna
Jyotsna holds a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Management, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Administration. With 24 years of experience in the field of education, she began her career as a preschool teacher and went on to run a successful EuroKids franchise in Coimbatore, winning the Best Franchise – Tamil Nadu award. She also independently managed a preschool with extended day care for 4 years. As Regional Head of Academics at XSEED Education Pvt. Ltd. for 11 years, she led teacher training and supported curriculum implementation focused on 21st-century skills. Across her career, she has worked with more than 250 schools and trained upwards of 15,000 educators, including teachers, academic heads, and school leaders from various educational boards.
Co-Founder: Lavanya
Lavanya holds dual Master’s degrees—one in Environmental Science and another in Education—along with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and a B.Ed. in English and Science. With over 25 years of experience in the field of education, she began her journey as a Project Associate at the Centre for Environment Education, where she trained government school teachers and developed manuals to integrate Environmental Education across subjects. She went on to lead academic operations for EuroKids in Tamil Nadu and later managed the EuroKids centre in Erode. She also served as Senior Academic Coordinator at a reputed CBSE school. As Senior Academic Coach at XSEED Education Pvt. Ltd. for 6 years, she supported curriculum implementation and teacher training with a focus on child-centric and experiential learning. Lavanya has conducted numerous parent engagement programs, helping parents better understand developmental needs and learning approaches. Throughout her career, she has worked hands-on with more than 150 schools—offering sustained academic mentoring, classroom observation, teacher coaching, and leadership support—impacting the core teaching–learning process across diverse school settings in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
